Summary
Project Manager responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of managing projects. Set deadlines, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate all internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Meet with clients to obtain all requirements for the project; ensure all stakeholders are involved; ensure technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, manage changes, scheduling, costs, and resource allocation
- Measure and track completion of project goals and performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications include the following:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of two years of related experience and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD (2010 or higher), MicroStation, ASA Rebar, iSqFt, and reading blueprints
- Ability to express ideas and thoughts both in written and verbal forms in a clear and respectful manner. Must be able to communicate to customers and co-workers in a clear and concise manner.
- Working knowledge of estimating math skills and reasoning ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables
- Working knowledge of design software, internet software, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
