We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support our team of Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry Assistants, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service!
You'll coach and develop staff, optimize processes, and use Salesforce to track performance.
Problem-solving is key as you collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues. Plus, you'll recognize great work and help employees grow.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership experience
- Customer service or order processing experience to include proposing alternatives, responding to challenges, developing and executing innovative solutions for the company and the customer
- SAP or similar ERP system experience including order processing
- Salesforce or similar CRM system experience
- Experience managing and executing multiple tasks, projects and priorities
- Ability to think strategically and see how all parts of the process interact with the big picture
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Spanish and/or French language skills a plus
- Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written may be required
