Core Skills And Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Five (5) years Customer Service experience or (2) years Customer Service experience with an Associates degree in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
- Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to coach and mentor Customer Service Representatives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
- One (1) year experience utilizing a CRM Tool such as Salesforce
- Six (6) months Outlook experience
- One (1) year SAP experience
