What You’ll Do

• Supervise and mentor a team to promote safety, continuous improvement, and top-quality product standards
• Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to meet production goals
• Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to excellence
• Track and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management
• Inspect products and sign quality control check sheets in line with quality standards and procedures
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of experience in a production environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, being accessible and approachable to team members
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
