Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leola, PA, for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring production schedules are met and products are made according to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing production planning, and ensuring effective communication between departments. This role requires strong leadership to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
