What you'll do:
As a Houseman, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our facility remains in top condition for our clients and staff. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Follow office opening and closing procedures which include but are not limited to: preparing the conference rooms and common areas for the day’s operations, tending to the multi-level balcony furniture, setting up for important meetings/events, keeping snack and beverage areas clean and stocked, etc.
- Mail Room duties: Collecting and distributing mail to the correct location.
- Work with the Guest Service Agent to create an upscale experience for all visitors.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility in performing a variety of duties while keeping a high quality of execution
- Physical stamina to be on feet for entirety of shift (besides breaks) and lift/move items as needed.
