Overview
This role is eligible for a $3,000 Sign on/Retention bonus.
Prepares from recipes and assemble cold food for patient and retail services. Operates automatic food service preparation equipment. Performs cleaning and sanitizing duties.
Responsibilities
Prepares vegetables in bulk for later use in recipes.
Slices deli meats and vegetables for cold food service
Follows recipes to make bulk products following standardized recipes and production methods. Creates recipes for retail sales.
Prepares patient nourishment's and write-ins as tallied following proper production procedures.
Assembles and plates patient salads and sandwiches for tray line assembly. Assembles add-on sheet items and tube feeding items following proper procedures.
Prepares food items for all areas.
Ensures that area and equipment are maintained up to accepted standards and quality.
