We are currently looking an Associate to join their Consumer & Retail team in New York. This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team, and gain significant exposure to senior bankers in the team on deal execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Creating pitch materials and assisting in pitch delivery to clients.
- Exposure to the full deal execution cycle
- Market research and overseeing due diligence
Candidate requirements:
- Candidates are required to have 3-4 years of M&A transaction experience within an investment bank.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Significant sell-side M&A experience is required.
- Candidates must have the right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
