You will:
- Own and grow client relationships - You will support a portfolio of global accounts and will need to address client-specific needs using Darwin best practices, creative methodologies, and technology with a key focus on strengthening & growing the Darwin-client relationship.
- Support the Darwin team - You will work within the team to problem solve, collaborate, and complete tasks based on internal needs.
- Drive marketing performance - You will leverage Darwin’s technology and dive deep into data to spot performance trends, diagnose and correct issues, and recommend potential areas for improvement.
- Drive creative production - You will also use data to identify new creative opportunities for clients, with a focus on incorporating data into creative tests and improving overall marketing performance.
You also have most of the following:
- 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the marketing and/or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise client accounts, and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Excitement about the opportunity to work with clients, get hands on, and bring energy to the table.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Ability to identify & take advantage of opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships, including “upselling” Darwin.
- Willingness to “figure it out” but also to ask questions and escalate issues.
- Interest in optimization methods and techniques in digital and social advertising.
- Interest in creative trends, design, and advertising technology more broadly.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Based in or around the Chicago, IL area.

- Base Salary - based on experience Bonus
