Position Title : Industrial Electrician for heat treating equipment OEM
Farmington Hills, MI
Position Requirements :
General maintenance knowledge
Basic understanding of shop safety and procedures
Schedule flexibility
Troubleshooting capabilities
Electrical print reading capabilities
Travel : 25% of the year, will elaborate in interview
Job Location / Travel Radius : Farmington Hills, MI for shop work. Travel all over the US for service.
Shift (Part Time or Full Time?
Full time.
How many days a week and approximately how many hours a day?) :
40hrs / week, 5 days / week. Overtime opportunities for local and overnight travel.
Job Duties :
Industrial heat treat equipment manufacturer is seeking a full time experienced electrician. Candidate
must be capable of building electrical panels by schematic, installing various types of conduit, and wiring
controls. Must have the ability to troubleshoot / diagnose industrial electrical problems. Applicants must
be self-motivated and willing to travel. Benefits and salary are commensurate with experience. Paid

Additional Job Responsibilities :
Repair faulty heat treat equipment by replacing parts and components
Maintain industrial electrical systems by performing testing and preventative maintenance
Maintain a safe work environment
Understand and adhere to electrical codes
Heat treat equipment installation, startup, and testing
Document completed work and report to the job lead
