Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Hotel Assistant Manager to join our leadership team in Niagara Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, team efficiency, and smooth business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager with overseeing daily hotel operations.
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure high service standards.
• Support staff hiring, training, and development to promote a positive work environment.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and professional environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
