Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservation bookings.
- Address guest concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and financial records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
