We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Hotel Night Auditor to join our team in Niagara Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will manage overnight operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide exceptional guest service during late-night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations during overnight shifts.
- Perform nightly audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and balance financial reports, ensuring all records are correct.
- Assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Monitor property security and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Ensure all guest requests and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nightly activities and hand over relevant information to morning staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night auditor role preferred.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
