Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team in Niagara Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will ensure our hotel facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain the building's exterior, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Collaborate with hotel management to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment status, and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
