Job Summary :
Answers and directs incoming telephone calls and greets all visitors to corporate headquarters. Presents a professional first impression for the company to customers, vendors, and visitors. Assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcomes vendors, customers, and visitors to the corporate headquarters.
- Answers and directs incoming telephone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintains an up-to-date phone list of corporate office employees and contact information for DAS facilities and remote staff.
- Ensures all delivered packages are distributed to the proper personnel.
- Handles the daily interoffice mail routine.
- Maintains the front desk area.
- Provides miscellaneous clerical support to other departments with special projects, as needed.
- Provides administrative support to the executive team, as needed.
- Maintain outside entrances as needed based on specific weather conditions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
