Overview
Bucked Up is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Manager to lead and execute global marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and market expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international markets, digital marketing, and performance-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, manage multi-channel marketing efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. This position will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across key international regions.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to different international markets.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive strategic decisions.
- Design, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns across digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Oversee customer acquisition strategies, ensuring growth and retention through targeted initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Develop and oversee email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalization to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage paid media efforts, ensuring effective budgeting, planning, and performance analysis across various platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets for paid media and email campaigns.
- Plan and manage international events, trade shows, and expos to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site activities to ensure successful event execution with the Events team.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Communicate marketing strategies and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all international markets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years in international marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in sports nutrition, fitness, or supplements is a plus.
Marketing & Technical Skills:
- Proven success in international marketing campaigns and multi-channel digital strategies (PPC, social media, email, influencer marketing).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, and customer acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in market analysis and campaign optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
