Position Overview
This position requires a motivated, hard-working individual who is interested in influencer marketing and systems to help maintain & grow our current ambassador Program.
The Ambassador Social Media Respondent helps to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with influential personalities to increase revenue. The ideal candidate is organized, has good time management skills, has a phenomenal attitude, and can work a full-time schedule.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Review daily applications for our ambassador program.
- Respond to emails from our ambassadors.
- Interact with our ambassador Facebook group daily by approving posts, posting about product launches, and creating content to help ambassadors improve their skills & increase revenue
- Respond to DM's on our ambassador Instagram account, repost stories & post on our ambassador Instagram account 5 times per week
- Manage receipts & store credit reimbursements for our ambassadors.
- Build & maintain collaborative relationships with our ambassadors.
- Work with the team to come up with new ideas to improve the ambassador program & increase revenue.
- Oversee ambassador app & dashboard. Maintain and update products, links, and copy withing the ambassador app and dashboard to ensure all information remains current and accurate.
- Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the Director of Brand Partnerships, Kami Price
- Helping troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Experience/ Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for creating effective marketing materials and collaborating with team members.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems or project management tools.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing content and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
