What You'll Do
- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
C ollaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align talent initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring a cohesive HR approach that drives company success.
Design and implement leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, to build future-ready leaders across the organization.
Create and lead a robust learning and development strategy, providing employees with access to continuous learning opportunities, certifications, and skills development.
Support the recruitment team by contributing to hiring strategies that attract top talent aligned with organizational goals and culture.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement, managing the performance review process and supporting initiatives that align with DAS's high-performance culture and business goals.
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee relations, and office management.
