Role Description
This is a role for a home health speech, occupational, or physical therapist in a PRN role. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the needs of pediatric clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. The Therapist will work closely with families to provide education and support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care. Daily tasks may include documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and participating in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
- Relevant state licensure or certification
