What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Manager position at DASH Personal Training?
DASH-PT is rapidly expanding and looking to fill our newest Area Manager opening! We provide on-site Personal Training to luxury apartment residents across the U.S. Area Managers are responsible for introducing our services to residents through the apartment leasing teams, fielding resident inquiries, and selling personal training programs. (Area Managers do not perform the training sessions.)
Responsibilities
- Attend daily strategy calls with our CEO
- Make property visits to educate leasing teams about our services and work through them to launch services and create awareness within the apartment community
- Respond to resident inquiries and set sales appointments
- Sell personal training programs
- Host monthly group strength training classes at each community to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads
Skills
- Proven track record of closing fitness sales (personal training or gym memberships)
- Ability to stay organized
- Strong communication skills
- Baseline knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
