- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage and maintain employee personnel records.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Manage payroll-related tasks and ensure accuracy.
- Provide support and consultation to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate and support new employee orientation and training programs.
- Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent bilingual communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR-related software and applications.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
