Prestige Real Estate Management is looking to hire a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for creating a positive and professional experience for current and prospective residents. This role includes managing the leasing process, providing outstanding customer service, conducting property tours, and supporting daily office operations under the supervision of the Community Manager. The Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in resident retention, lease administration, and community engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and residents.
· Conduct property tours and promote community amenities.
· Manage all aspects of leasing including application processing, lease execution, and renewals.
· Respond to inquiries from prospective residents in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist in rent collection and enforce lease terms as necessary.
· Support resident engagement by helping plan events and creating communications.
· Ensure the leasing office and community spaces are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
· Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
· Greet and assist walk-in prospects and current residents.
· Schedule and conduct property showings.
· Prepare and process lease applications including background checks and income verification.
· Execute lease agreements and explain lease terms to new residents.
· Monitor and manage clubhouse scheduling and ensure its presentation is maintained.
· Handle conflict resolution, move-ins, and basic financial transactions.
· Maintain accurate records of communications, leases, and prospect interactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
· Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
· AppFolio Experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
· Occasionally lift and move office supplies or marketing materials
· Comfortable walking units and grounds during property tours
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Onsite property, standard office hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ; Saturdays Required
· Office setting and property grounds
