You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following :

Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads

Assist with pre-leasing; this includes communication with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, working with the Community Manager to relate rightly with the local college, etc.

Solve problems by overcoming objections

Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale

Support other team members by assisting them as needed

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things :

Lead Conversion

Customer Fulfillment

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers :

Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal

Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%

Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
