Job Summary
To be eligible for this position, you must currently be enrolled in school. As a Project Management Co-Op, you will create and manage basic configuration documents, attend review meetings, along with invoice reviews and corrections. Such documents may require investigation into the details of applicability as well as accuracy, communicating and updating findings using collaboration matrixes in web-based tools and databases. Principal Duties/Responsibilities (essential Functions)

Such documents may require investigation into the details of applicability as well as accuracy, communicating and updating findings using collaboration matrixes in web-based tools and databases. This position is onsite only.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities (essential Functions)
- Perform technical evaluation of basic aircraft invoicing including applicability, ensure correct chargeability with analysis, etc. Research and understand the discrepancies and support updates with their technical impact.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and other organizations to establish a correct cost/ charging configuration and update the documents with the required corrections.
- Maintain and communicate the status of basic invoicing to include estimations from accounting and ensure consistency.
- Demonstrate creative and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.
- Recommend, initiate, and complete Industrial Program process/procedure improvements.
- Regularly demonstrate initiative and the ability to be pro-active.
- Work closely with the IP staff and management assisting when required.
- Accept additional assignments/ projects as directed by supervision.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ensure Company processes and follow procedures closely.

- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university seeking an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management and or General Business degree.
- Must be at least of a junior status.
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Project / SharePoint and other applicable software
- Experience in leadership roles on and off the college campus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work 20-25 hours a week; will work around school schedule.
- Must be able to work at computer terminal/screen for sometimes longer periods.
- Must be able to move about the facility between hangars and administrative areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must not be sensitive to noisy situations (rivets installations, aircraft engines running, etc.) and must be able to climb into various areas of the aircraft in completion with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to climb stairs with or without reasonable accommodation.
