Dassel Cokato Community Services is looking for a Enrichment and Marketing Specialist. This person is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of community education programs and community service marketing efforts.

- Develop, plan, promote, coordinate, and evaluate a variety of community education programs related to youth and adult enrichment, health and safety programs, and special events
- Oversees enrollment and registration for youth and adult enrichment, health and safety programs, and special events
- Create, design, and develop marketing materials for community service programs through various mediums, including print, digital, photo, video, and others as applicable
- Ensure consistent marketing of community service programs through online advertising, flyers, bulletin boards, email, displays, and other opportunities
- Assist with maintaining social media accounts for both Dassel-Cokato Schools and Community Education/Early Childhood
- Collaborate with team members to identify target audiences and trends using Community Education data
- Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and training sessions related to the position's responsibilities
- Follow appropriate program budgets and process instructor stipends. Analyze data from revenue/expenditure reports and make suggestions as needed
- Assist with customer service questions and answer community education phone lines as needed
- Handle a variety of assignments or problems independently; have flexibility to work independently; work through frequent interruptions; meet project deadlines
- Assist in the collaborative development of planning and implementing special events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.98 - $27.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
