The Scope:


We’re seeking a determined, dynamic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth in North America. The role will provide a direct path into a full stack sales role to manage your own book of business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generating, qualifying, and converting sales leads through networking and cold calling/ emailing/ and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Perform effective discovery calls and introduce the appropriate value to the client.
  • Develop a methodical and structured approach to segmenting and targeting the assigned region.
  • Attending conferences and work with our marketing team to help raise brand awareness.
  • Work with marketing to plan and direct activities to generate more opportunities.
  • Collaboration across the team to ensure you bring the best solution to our clients.
  • Understand and keep learning about the industry and competitive landscape.

  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, and territory growth activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at investment management firms. And utilize these relationships to help close business if necessary.


Skills and qualifications

  • You have at least 1-2 years’ experience of B2B Enterprise Software as BDR, ideally with experience in the financial services industry.
  • Self-starter who is adept at learning new business solutions, understanding how they benefit prospective clients and articulating this through conversation / over the phone, and in writing to them.
  • Familiarity with the investment management Industry, Due Diligence and Private Markets is a big plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You have experience working with C-level customers.
  • You are intellectually curious, easily grasp new products and solutions, and bring the spirit of innovation to your customers.
  • You are passionate, ambitious, and determined, with a high degree of integrity.


The Salary and Benefits:


  • Salary Base Range: $ 50,000 to $ 70,000
  • Paid vacation
  • Fully covered Healthcare
  • Matching on 401K
