This role will support the management application, which includes card processing, AP, GL, safe deposit box, analytics, teller, branch capture 21, security, vendor management, BSA/AML, and profitability. Your expertise will help community banks thrive in today’s competitive market.
This position will be based at the corporate headquarters in Hutchinson, KS with a hybrid work schedule.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:

Classroom/Web-Based Instruction
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for customers and employees on DCI applications.
- Develop instructional materials and course outlines tailored to user needs.
- Communicate federal regulation implications as they relate to DCI applications.
- Deliver engaging presentations and education sessions at the annual DCI Conference.
- Online Learning Content (eLearning)
- Design and maintain interactive online courses for training purposes.
- Use innovative tools to create accessible, impactful digital learning experiences.
- Operational Reviews
- Conduct on-site system usage reviews to optimize client understanding and application of DCI software.
- Draft comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Product Development
- Collaborate on the design and testing of new products and enhancements.
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering expert guidance on DCI products.
- Provide solutions to improve customer knowledge and application of DCI software.
- Team Collaboration
- Support other team members by contributing to shared projects, documentation, and customer calls.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business, education training, or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of the banking industry and regulatory compliance as they relate to DCI applications.
- Experience with online course authoring software.
- Classroom management expertise and advanced leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team; appropriate conduct of interpersonal relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Effective planning, coordination, time management, and organization skills.
