Senior System Analyst (100% Onsite)

Qualifications:

• Experience developing and executing system test and implementation plans
• Strong leadership skills, strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers
• Proficient in Organizational Change Management
• Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service(SaaS) solutions
• Ability to manage security access and user profile management
• Ability to work collaboratively with various groups and vendors to ensure requirements are vetted and documented
• Ability to analyze functional/nonfunctional system requirements
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with internal customers in nontechnical terms
• Be proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Be proficient in creating business and system requirements
