What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer System Engineer/Architect position at Data Intelligence LLC?
Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is looking for talented and experienced Computer Systems Engineer/Architect located at Wright-Patterson AAFB. This position is fully on-site.
**This position is contingent upon award of contract**
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in the following:
- Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
- Perform systems management and integration functions
- Confers with the organization with various managers and staff to obtain information on limitations and capabilities of existing system and capabilities requirements of the future
- Evaluates factors such as number of departments serviced by data processing equipment, reporting formats required, volume of transactions, time requirements and cost constraints, and need for security and access restrictions to determine hardware configurations.
- Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and system that will provide capability for proposed project or work load, efficient operation and effective use of allotted space.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
