Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a qualified and experienced IP Solutions Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Port Hueneme, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project focused on the development and security of web-based applications and systems for the U.S. Navy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain web-based applications using C#, .NET, and Java technologies, with a primary focus on .NET application development.
- Ensure the security of web environments by adhering to the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
- Design, develop, and manage production MS SQL-driven applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Configure and administer Microsoft IIS, .NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos, Directory Services Authentication, PKI, SSL, and troubleshoot associated issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of enterprise application/database/web platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration and testing of various enterprise solutions.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the development of web-based applications using C#, .NET, and Java technologies, with an emphasis on .NET application development.
- Minimum of five (5) years securing web environments in accordance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
- Proven expertise in developing and managing production MS SQL-driven applications.
- Experience with the configuration and administration of Microsoft IIS, .NET Framework, Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos, Directory Services Authentication, PKI, and SSL.
- Demonstrated experience delivering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems, including the implementation, integration, and testing of enterprise application/database/web platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in identity management and PKI infrastructure.
- Ability to develop Enterprise Solutions using C# .NET applications that interface with Active Directory Services and Azure Active Directory.
- Expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and implementations.
- Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, including:
- ASP.NET (C#, C , MVC, WCF, Data Services, Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, LINQ, AJAX)
- PowerShell, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, Java, SQL/TSQL/CLR, XML, HTML, CSS, REST.
