About the Role:
This is a senior position responsible for setting up client artwork in a usable format for programming and printing. The successful candidate will have attention to detail, creative skills, and experience working with complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on all levels of complex projects with minimal assistance
- Setup and edit letter texts, graphics, and fonts according to client instructions
- Maintain color accuracy for digital print work
- Collaborate with the Digital Print Engineer and Laser Room team
- Support color proofing, color management, and various color adjustments
- Backup manager's administrative functions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years' experience in a fast-paced production environment
- College-level coursework preferred
- Strong color acuity and print industry color theory
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
