Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable Hardware Deployment Technician to join our team. As the Hardware Deployment Technician, you will support the deployment of hardware and peripherals. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our company and allowing us to reach our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. This position will require 100% percent travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Support company-wide IT infrastructure projects, including new hardware deployments, breaking down and rebuilding of PCs and peripherals, and imaging of net-new machines.
- Deploys new hardware to end-users while ensuring appropriate user settings and user satisfaction.
- Drill and install TVs and brackets up to 85 inches.
- Drill and install proximity cabinets on walls.
- Drill and install desk mounts.
- Requires precise wire management.
- Perform hardware upgrades (memory installs, hard drive upgrades) as required.
- Complete assigned tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide great customer service and display utmost professionalism to everyone on-site.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Perform related duties as required.
