About Data Systems Analysts, Inc.
Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled professional to support a dedicated customer organization, MilTech. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, with on-site meetings once a month in Edgewood and requires a DOD Secret Clearance.
Role Overview
This role involves providing development support using the Power Platform to a dynamic organization assisting the Army. Collaborate with the government customer team, the DSA team, and subcontractors to create a seamless support model for a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver data visualizations and Power Apps tailored to HR team requirements.
- Create and implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions based on customer needs.
- Engage directly with customers to define project requirements and manage expectations.
- Develop data models to support various projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders through formal and informal presentations.
- Design and develop data visualization solutions.
- Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Create dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) solutions based on key performance indicators and customer requirements.
- Manage Power BI Premium Capacity workspaces.
- Develop and share training and reference materials.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Power BI.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering data solutions.
- Strong skills in data modeling and data visualization design.
- Understanding of data security concepts.
Required Certifications
- COMPTIA SEC CE desired upon hire, required within 90 days.
- Computing environment certification related to the role (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, 300, 400, or 600) desired upon hire and required within 6 months.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Army or Department of Defense (DoD) Human Resources (HR) systems and processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Experience with Army Vantage.
- Proficiency with Dataverse.
- Knowledge and ability to embrace AI; experience using AI to automate job tasks is highly desired.
