690-Manufacturing Administration-Lead Production Supervisor

Title: Production Supervisor
We are looking for two experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team!
One for 1st shift 7am-3:30pm and one for 2nd shift 3:30pm-midnight.

Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of production teams to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations that meet company standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process.
• Schedule labor hours based on production needs.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Calculate human and material resources needed
• Estimate costs and ensure quality standards
• Ensure that the health and safety guidelines & regulations are followed; investigates accidents in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
• Identify training needs.
• Production design for new customers.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.

• Manufacturing/Production experience in a managerial role

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Certification
