Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Lead Recruiter in managing the full recruitment cycle and data entry. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a keen interest in the Financial Technology and Finance industries. While prior recruitment experience and an educational background in Human Resources or Staffing/Recruiting are advantageous, they are not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in effective recruitment and resume revision.
- Manage the upkeep of various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Screen resumes to identify unqualified candidates and remove unnecessary applications prior to Lead Recruiter review.
- Log scheduled interviews and all relevant correspondences between candidates and hiring managers in company database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Log offer letters and details of the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in Financial Technology and Finance.
- Work on various other ad-hoc tasks with senior members of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interest in the Financial Technology and Finance industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in navigating Windows systems is required.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
