Successful candidates will be driven, engaging people who thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is an essential skill. Client Service Associate Responsibilities: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Develop mastery-level use of the product to present high-quality demos, patron assistance and librarian training.
Organize an ever-changing portfolio of clients to ensure top-notch customer service.
Job Requirements and Skills:
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
Strong communication skills
Experience with customer service is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Experience using Sales Force preferred, but not required.
Ability to make a polished training presentation via Zoom
4-Year College degree preferred, with preference given to business, marketing or library degrees
