Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with a strong background in Java and healthcare domain expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that meet the unique challenges of healthcare systems. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare standards, compliance regulations, and interoperability requirements, combined with technical prowess in Java-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture :
- Design end-to-end architectural solutions using Java-based frameworks, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business requirements in the healthcare domain.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems that comply with healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Leadership :
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices, code quality, and system architecture.
- Lead design sessions, review design documents, and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards and adherence to architecture principles.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering and architecture, including DevOps, CI / CD, and containerization.
- Healthcare Systems Integration :
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to integrate healthcare systems and ensure interoperability between Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Practice Management Systems (PMS), and other healthcare applications.
- Design solutions for data exchange between healthcare systems, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and security.
- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Project & Stakeholder Management :
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document architecture and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and technical challenges.
- Ensure architectural solutions meet current and future needs, planning for scalability, maintenance, and technological evolution.
- Security and Compliance :
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Design systems with built-in auditing, logging, and monitoring to meet healthcare industry standards.
