Pricing Specialist
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days in-office; transitioning to 4 days in-office starting September)
Join our Residential Pricing Team as a Pricing Specialist, supporting essential pricing operations and sales programs in a fast-paced corporate environment. This hybrid role is based at our corporate office and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple departments to maintain pricing accuracy and support sales effectiveness.
Position Overview
The Pricing Specialist plays a key role in managing pricing administration, discounting practices, and supporting sales incentive programs. This position ensures pricing transparency, policy compliance, and operational excellence through collaboration with field sales and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
List Price Maintenance & Integrity
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer account pricing
- Collaborate with field sales to validate and adjust pricing for business benefit
- Initiate, process, and follow up on account price change requests
- Distribute updated price sheets to field teams
Rebate Program Management
Annual & Short-Term Volume Buy Programs
- Develop, monitor, and adjust rebate programs as needed
- Track program-related sales and respond to inquiries from field sales and customers
- Distribute customer confirmation letters and ensure accurate accruals
Contractor & Builder Rebate Programs
- Set up programs in Sales Incentive Systems and monitor approval workflows
- Validate submissions and issue check requests
- Coordinate changes with the Rebates & Incentives team
Discounting Programs & Sales Credits
- Support other sales discounting initiatives and accrual processes
- Evaluate and initiate credit requests with field sales teams
- Help resolve unauthorized deductions
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare profitability and pricing analyses
- Track sales data and program performance
- Recommend improvements to pricing strategies and rebate structures
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in pricing administration, preferably in a manufacturing or roofing environment
- Strong proficiency with Google Business Suite
- Intermediate skills in Excel and TM1
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
