As a Custom Signage Sales and Account Manager, your primary role will be:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.
- Consult with clients to understand their signage needs and deliver solutions that align with their branding and architectural goals.
- Develop strong client connections that drive repeat business and referrals.
- See all projects through to completion, from lead generation to contract signing and project management.
- Work with designers and installation teams to bring projects to life.
- Work closely with customers to explore ways we can expand the scope of our services to meet their needs.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier service in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and potential opportunities in the CRM system.
- Engage with customers and prospects at community events to promote our services and expand our client base.

Pay: Starting at $45,000 annual base, with structured bonus opportunities.
