Overview:
We are looking for an HR Analyst to support and help scale our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional eager to gain hands-on experience across all core HR functions, with the potential to grow into a senior HR role.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR, with a willingness to learn and develop. They will work closely with leadership to establish HR processes, manage employee relations, and contribute to building a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration & Compliance
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS systems.
- Help draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
2. Recruiting & Onboarding
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee questions and concerns.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Assist with conflict resolution and workplace investigations as needed.
4. Performance & Training Support
- Help facilitate performance review processes and track employee feedback.
- Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain training records and assist in career development programs.
5. Compensation & Benefits Support
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Support payroll processing and data accuracy.
- Research market salary trends and contribute to compensation planning.
6. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain HR reports on hiring, turnover, and engagement metrics.
- Support leadership with workforce analytics and HR data insights.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
Who You Are:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and grow into a leadership role in HR.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with HR software (HRIS, payroll, ATS) is a plus, but not required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
