Senior Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations)
Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to achieve their goals!
Work with customers, partners and other consultants to engineer D365 integration components Dynamics 365
Configure D365 to meet customer needs
Effectively demonstrate the capabilities of D365 F&O and lead workshops uncovering requirements
Translate functional requirements to technical requirements while delivering an end-to-end solution
Create and coach others on integration requirements and design documentation
Manage timelines and keep projects on track working jointly with the assigned team members.
Perform functional testing and lead testers to ensure they perform functional testing

Customer Facing Responsibilities
F&O System Optimization & Customization : Implement Microsoft-recommended best practices for improved performance, usability, and align F&O to specific business needs.
Upgrades & Troubleshooting : Plan, test, and deploy F&O upgrades, while proactively monitoring and resolving issues to minimize operational impact.
Training & Support : Provide tailored user training, resources, and ongoing support for F&O systems.
Strategic Advisory : Advise clients on leveraging F&O for process automation, analytics, and meeting business goals.
Qualifications
D365 Finance and Operations : 2 years of experience
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, OR Computer Science
Desire to leverage various applications and technical platforms
Strong enterprise architecture and integration experience
Location Requirement :
Candidate must be local to Overland Park, KS, or willing to relocate to the area.

Consulting experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects using industry enterprise architecture strategy solutions and middleware technologies
Microsoft D365 F&O certifications
Process automation, Business Intelligence (BI), Power Platform, Flow
In depth knowledge with a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
ERP experience : SAP, Great Plains, Oracle, NetSuite, Intacct, JDE, PeopleSoft, EBS, Fusion, Blackbaud, or Epicor
Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Azure
Scripting and data manipulation / management languages
Coupa Experience, Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay, or Supply Chain knowledge
Pay range and compensation package - Pay based on experience plus significant bonus potential
