The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the operations and project management of multiple applications within the finance and insurance domains. This role involves understanding and evaluating business needs and requirements, identifying and analyzing requirements and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
- Leverage deep process / domain expertise and partner with project owners and technical development teams.
- Influence key stakeholders in design and planning decisions.
- Drive the development of products targeted at a technical audience, combining customer vision with technical feasibility.
- Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline and serve as a best practice / quality resource.
- Provide hands-on project management experience in operations and application build within finance and investment domains.
- Train and mentor business analysts and project team members.
- Manage project activities in web applications development, including requirements gathering, documenting and analysis, GUI design, solution design, database design, application architecture, UAT, deployment, production go-live support, and post go-live support.
- Act as an expert across product management functions and skilled in technical domains related to the portfolio.
- Lead process reengineering within support functions and leverage best practices, business support, and operations for key applications and reporting systems.
- Manage and support financial and insurance applications, ensuring systems implementation and project leadership leveraging reinsurance operations knowledge and IT best practices.
- Provide ongoing operational support to the business, ensuring the smooth functioning of financial and insurance applications.
