As we continue to scale our impactful SaaS solutions, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales for our US region. This role will be pivotal in spearheading our sales initiatives, driving growth, and strengthening our presence in the dominant United States' market. You will lead a rapidly growing team of experienced Enterprise Sales professionals, focused on developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base across the US region
  • Lead, mentor, and support the US sales team to optimize performance, engagement, and professional growth
  • Identify high-value accounts, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and enhance our position in the market
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and drive engagement strategies that resonate with clients
  • Monitor market trends, stay informed on competitive activity, and provide insights that drive our product positioning and enhancements
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to sales, ensuring our solutions deliver tangible business value
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support innovative efforts identifying and attracting a continuing volume of top talent into Sales and broader Datamaran Revenue Organisation
  • Travel as needed within the region to build relationships, attend industry events, and bolster our network
