INSIGHT INTO THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketing & LeadGeneration Specialist, you will drive the strategy, development, and executionof digital marketing initiatives across Datamars Livestock's brand portfolio.This role is critical in reaching our revenue and margin goals within NorthAmerica by leveraging digital platforms to generate leads, engage customers,and enhance brand visibility.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to elevate brandawareness, drive traffic, and achieve lead generation goals.
- Campaign Execution : Lead and manage web, SEO / SEM, email, social media, and digital advertisingcampaigns.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing : Design and execute targeted lead generation and nurturing strategies, aligningefforts to the customer journey for maximum engagement.
- Content Creation : Create and curate content for digital and social media channels, includingvideo, to engage target audiences effectively.
- Performance Analysis : Measure and report on campaign performance; optimize based on KPIs and ROI,applying insights to refine future strategies.
- Creative Innovation : Brainstorm and test innovative growth strategies, including experimentalcampaigns and conversion optimization tests.
- Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to create landing pages and digital sales tools;collaborate with sales teams, the global marketing team, and external agenciesto ensure brand consistency and goal alignment.
- Customer Journey Mapping : Analyze user experience across channels, identifying conversion and drop-offpoints to streamline and optimize user funnels.
- Technology Evaluation : Research and recommend emerging digital marketing technologies and tools toenhance performance and competitive edge.
- Team Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and build strongrelationships.
- Customer-Focused Communication : Skilled at translating complex information into clear, audience-friendlymessages.
