We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth through our partner and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to create impactful campaigns, optimize channel performance, and enhance brand presence. This role will be responsible for managing Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring funds are effectively allocated and utilized to support partner-driven marketing initiatives, as well as supporting partner enablement activities to ensure partners have the resources, tools, and training they need to succeed.

The opportunity
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales through partner channels. Foster strong relationships with partners, providing them with ongoing support and strategic guidance to ensure marketing and sales success.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize channel performance to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Administer Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring effective allocation, tracking, and reporting of funds to support partner marketing initiatives. Analyze the effectiveness of MDF programs and partner enablement efforts, recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Support partner enablement activities with planning support and tools and resources to empower partners to effectively sell and promote products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to stay competitive and aligned with market needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years experience in channel marketing, partner management, or related roles.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing Market Development Funds (MDF) and supporting partner enablement activities.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem and partner dynamics. Prior experience with AWS is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $153,000. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
