Job Responsibilities:
Location: 6351 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75035 (NO WORK FROM HOME)
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires.
* Administer and maintain I-9 compliance, including:
* Conducting I-9 verifications and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
* Coordinating I-9 updates and obtaining necessary supporting documentation. o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date 1-9 records. o Ensuring compliance with E-Verify regulations.
* Provide comprehensive support for employee immigration matters, including:
* Completing I-983 employer details and evaluations.
* Assisting employees with counselor processes, including preparing checklists of documents and questionnaires.
* Guiding employees in obtaining necessary client and vendor letters.
* Manage employee benefits programs, including:
Processing enrollments, changes, and terminations for health insurance and other benefits.
* Overseeing the renewal and negotiation of business insurance policies.
* Maintain accurate employee records, including experience verifications, relieving letters, and employment verification letters.
