POSITION PURPOSE
As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting all HR functions by ensuring the smooth and efficient management of HR processes, with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance. You will assist with various HR responsibilities, including maintaining HR data within our systems, supporting onboarding activities, collaborating with HR Generalists and HR Business Partners, and conducting regular audits to guarantee data integrity. Your ability to manage HR data, support recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, and provide general HR support will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Insert and maintain accurate HR data in Paycom and other HRIS systems, ensuring proper data entry, validation, and updates.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires' information is accurately entered into the system and that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with HR Generalists and HR Business Partners to maintain accurate and up-to-date regional employee data, with a particular focus on the onboarding of new employees across various locations.
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data across systems.
- Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job offers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
- Help with the preparation and distribution of new hire orientation materials and ensure employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including performance reviews, training records, and exit processes.
- Utilize data analysis skills to generate HR reports, track key metrics, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Address discrepancies or errors in HR data promptly and work towards timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and HR best practices.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel files, preparing documents for employee requests, and supporting benefits administration.
- Provide general HR support, responding to inquiries from employees, management, and external parties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in HR Systems Administration: Prior experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms, with Paycom being preferred.
- Strong Data Management Skills: Proficiency in data entry, validation, data integrity maintenance, and data quality assurance.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and addressing discrepancies when they arise.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and manipulating data.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to clearly communicate HR processes and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and other departments.
- Ethical Conduct: A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data privacy standards when handling sensitive HR information.
