Location: Columbus OH locals: office 2-3 days per week. If remote, 2x per month 3 days.

Position Summary:
The IT Supply Chain Functional Analyst will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's supply chain systems and processes. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, ensuring systems, such as NetSuite and others, align with supply chain goals. The analyst will focus on procurement, demand planning, planning, inventory management, and broader supply chain workflows.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT business analysis or systems support, specifically within supply chain processes.
- Experience with NetSuite
- Prior experience in other procurement, demand planning, planning or inventory management tools/modules is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create user-friendly documentation and training materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite Supply Chain modules.
- Exposure to supply chain planning tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration projects between ERP systems and external supply chain platforms.
