Job Summary :
The IT Supply Chain Functional Analyst will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's supply chain systems and processes. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, ensuring systems, such as NetSuite and others, align with supply chain goals. The analyst will focus on procurement, demand planning, planning, inventory management, and broader supply chain workflows.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- System Analysis & Optimization :
- Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Configure and optimize systems to align with procurement, planning, and inventory management needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain-related IT solutions.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation :
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Document workflows, functional specifications, and system configurations.
- Implementation & Testing :
- Lead or support the implementation of new supply chain modules or enhancements.
- Perform functional testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide day-to-day support for supply chain systems, resolving issues related to procurement, demand planning, and inventory modules.
- Troubleshoot errors and work with IT teams or vendors to resolve system-related problems.
- Training & Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Conduct training sessions for supply chain teams to ensure adoption of new processes or tools.
- Act as a liaison between supply chain business users, IT, and external partners (e.g., vendors).
- Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the supply chain.
- Ensure accurate data flows between systems, providing insights to improve decision-making.
