Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Controller Duties:
- Lead budgeting, accounts, reconciliations, and audits.
- Manage customer invoicing, reporting, and accounts receivable.
- Handle payroll, tax remittances, and financial analysis.
- Develop innovative customer service solutions and oversee IT services.
Office Management:
- Control admin expenses, monitor variances, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee employee security systems, facilities maintenance, and insurance documentation.
- Keep our office looking sharp and running smoothly.
Systems & Compliance:
- Safeguard data privacy and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with NAID certification and employee security programs.
Team Leadership:
- Participate on the Leadership Team.
